Job Title: Lead Trainer / Logistics Support
Reports To: Program Management / Chief Technical Officer
Contract Type: Full-Time (24 Months)
Location: Hybrid — Remote + Field presence in Kilifi, Kisumu, and Timau
Salary Range: KES. 120,000 - 150,000 Gross

Job Purpose
The Lead Trainer / Logistics Support is responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery of the data analytics training tracks while providing operational and logistical support across all program sites. This role combines instructional oversight, technical training expertise, and curriculum enhancement with field-based coordination to ensure seamless learning experiences and successful program completion for participants.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Curriculum Oversight

Oversee and manage the effective delivery of the data analytics training tracks (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python, and related modules).

Supervise and coordinate instructors delivering modules across hubs and remotely.

Conduct periodic training audits to ensure curriculum fidelity and instructional quality.

Provide coaching and support to instructors to strengthen teaching methods.

Deliver selected training sessions and lead demo sessions, orientation classes, or selected modules as needed.
Logistics & Operational Support

Oversee device distribution to participants and ensure proper tracking of assets.

Coordinate community learning hub setup, readiness, and daily operational support.

Track distribution and utilization of monthly internet bundles.

Conduct regular field visits to hubs in Kilifi, Kisumu, and Timau to monitor program delivery.

Support procurement coordination of learning materials, equipment, and supplies.
Program Monitoring & Support

Document training attendance, progress, and learning outcomes.

Provide technical support to participants facing learning or access challenges.

Coordinate with the Program Manager to resolve field-level issues promptly.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, ICT, Education Technology, Statistics, or related field.

3–5 years of experience delivering technical training in digital skills or data analytics.

Practical experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Python (required).

Experience coordinating field logistics or multi-site operations is an added advantage.
