We are looking Finance & Administration officer who will provide financial management, administrative support, and compliance oversight for the implementation of Learnly Africa’s two-year digital skills and employability program.
The officer will support program leadership in budgeting, procurement, grant compliance, and partner coordination.
Marketing & Communication Officer
The Marketing & Communications Officer will focus on building visibility, increasing program awareness, managing digital channels, and supporting documentation of impact stories and program results. The Officer will work closely with program teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication across all platforms.
Lead Trainer & Logistics
Support
The Lead Trainer / Logistics Support role combines instructional oversight, technical training expertise, and curriculum enhancement with field-based coordination to ensure seamless learning experiences and successful program completion for participants.
Safeguarding Consultant
The Safeguarding Consultant will provide technical expertise to ensure that all program activities uphold the highest safeguarding standards. This includes training staff and participants, establishing safeguarding systems, monitoring compliance, and responding to safeguarding concerns.
Teaching Assistant
The Teaching Assistant (TA) supports the delivery of hands-on data analytics training by unblocking technical issues faced by students and actively supporting group-based learning in real time. The TA is also expected to ensure the class environment is always ready, escalate systemic risks early enough, and facilitate class in the temporary absence of a lead trainer.
